Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
Molivers Societat Municipal SL, in the name of the Museu del Renaixement , is RESPONSIBLE for the processing of the USER'S personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
What are the purposes for which we process your personal data, and why do we do so?
Based on the form from which we have obtained your personal data, we will process it in a confidential manner for the following purposes:
How long will we keep your personal data for?
It will be stored for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing, or for as long as there are legal requirements for its safekeeping, and when it is no longer required for this purpose, it will be deleted with the appropriate security measures in place to ensure that the data is anonymised or completely destroyed.
Who do we share your personal data with?
No communication of personal data to third parties is foreseen, except in the case that it is necessary for the development and fulfilment of the purposes of the processing, when it is needed by our service providers in connection with communications, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has formalised the confidentiality and data processing contracts required by the privacy regulations in force.
What are your rights?
USER rights are as follows:
- The right to withdraw consent at any time.
- The right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of their data, and limitation or opposition to its processing.
- The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (apdcat.gencat.cat) if the user considers that the processing does not comply with current legislation.

- MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
USERS, by means of the corresponding boxes and the introduction of data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or presented in downloadable forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the purpose of dealing with their request, and that therefore the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE is true, and is responsible for communicating any changes.
The DATA CONTROLLER declares that all the data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the USER. In the event that not all the requested data is provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will fully meet the USER's needs.
- SECURITY OF PROCESSING
In compliance with the provisions of current legislation on personal data protection, we confirm that the CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data for which it is responsible, and manifestly with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, whereby it is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and in a manner that is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that the appropriate technical and organisational policies have been implemented to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the USERS and that the appropriate information has been communicated to them so that they can exercise those rights and freedoms.
